While she grew up in the Northwoods, Emily spent the last few years in New Hampshire as a summer camp operations director at Camp Hale and volunteer member of the Lakes Region Search and Rescue Team. Emily graduated from Lakeland Union High School in Minocqua and both her bachelor's and master's degrees are from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. With an education background and a love of nature, Emily is excited to join the team at the Discovery Center as the marketing and facility coordinator.
